A practical link between your team and production
After a quotation is agreed, the production team still needs a clear release package. Hehong coordinates the handover and follows up on questions against the agreed project scope.
Before production release
- Confirm the released BOM, PCB and assembly-file revisions.
- Record outstanding questions and the people responsible for decisions.
- Agree material-readiness dates and production milestones.
- Confirm required inspection, programming and functional tests.
- Agree the contracting party, payment and delivery responsibilities.
During the build
Follow-up can cover progress updates, requests for clarification and proposed changes. Any change affecting parts, design, cost or schedule should be taken back to the appropriate decision-maker.
Before shipment
Check that the agreed delivery package is ready: quantities, labels, packaging and required reports. The precise documentation depends on what was ordered and what the manufacturing partner can provide.
Coordination does not replace a supplier audit, independent inspection or product certification. If your project needs these services, raise them before confirming the order.
