Ask HehongAre you a factory or an independent coordinator?
HEHONG PCBA is Hehong’s independent sourcing and project coordination service in Shenzhen. Manufacturing is carried out by project-specific partners. The contracting party, manufacturing site and responsibilities are confirmed before you place an order.
Can I start with a prototype or a small batch?
Yes, enquiries for prototypes and small batches are welcome. Feasibility, minimum quantities, setup costs and timing depend on the board, materials and manufacturing partner. These are confirmed in the project quotation.
Can I supply some or all of the components?
You can request customer-supplied material, partial sourcing or broader sourcing support. Please identify supplied items in the BOM and specify quantities, packaging and expected availability.
What if my BOM or Gerber files are not ready?
Start with your product description, quantity, board status and target date. The initial conversation can identify what is missing. A firm manufacturing quotation may need the released production files.
How are testing and quality requirements agreed?
Inspection, functional testing, programming, sampling, acceptance criteria and required reports are defined for each project. Specialist tests, fixtures and certifications must be confirmed with the selected manufacturing partner.
Can we discuss confidentiality before sharing files?
Yes. Ask to agree confidentiality and file-sharing arrangements before sending sensitive designs. This website has no file-upload service; project files are exchanged separately after the recipient and arrangements are confirmed.
